Guided Dive Packages

Qualified divers are required to provide proof of diving qualifications and diving experience before commencing any diving activities.

Qualified divers are required to complete a self assessment medical declaration plus a risk and liability statement before commencing any diving activities. If there is a medical condition then a doctors certified release for diving is required.

Divers under the age of 18 years at the commencement of diving activities must have all forms and releases countersigned by their legal guardian.

Divers are expected to have personal insurance to cover for unforeseen events. Personal items and equipment hired from Anchor Diving Malta that are stolen or lost while outside of the dive centre are not covered by Anchor Diving Malta insurance.

PADI Diving Courses

Student divers are required to complete a PADI Medical Statement, a PADI Standard Safe Diving Practices Statement of Understanding plus a PADI Risk and Liability statement before commencing any diving activities. Force Majeure

Elite Diving Malta reserve the right to shorten a trip, change itineraries or substitute a vessel for safety, weather or mechanical reasons.

Elite Diving Malta will not accept responsibility for actions of outside third parties such as Government agencies, airlines or tour operators.

Booking Confirmation

Elite Diving Malta will not accept a booking as confirmed until the receipt and confirmation of a 50% deposit of the final amount.

Cancellation Policy

Written cancellation prior to 14 days from first booked diving day - €50 plus bank transfer fees.

Written cancellation less than 14 days from first booked diving day - Total loss of deposit

All quotes and payments owed are in the Euro currency.
